MAIN PLATES

Grilled Salmon. Grilled salmon fillet served with organic brown rice, organic spinach, mixed veggies, lemon butter sauce, grape tomato salsa and capers. 17

Ahi Tuna Tostada. Pistachio crusted,  Black beans, brown rice, avocado, roamine, grape tomato salsa, cotija cheese, sour cream, and serrano avocado sauce. 17

Blackened Salmon. Cajun spiced salmon with sweet potato, mix veggies, mango, watermelon and lemon butter sauce. 17

Camarones California. Prawns sautéed in butter with garlic, bell pepper, onion, tomatoes and avocado served with brown rice, house salad and serrano avocado sauce. 17

Avocado Ahi Tuna. Pistachio crusted ahi tuna with avocado, mixed veggies, sweet potato, sour cream, butter sauce, serrano avocado sauce and marinated red onions. 17

Carne Asada. Sirloin steak with citrus red onions, avocado served with organic brown rice, refried pinto beans, and 2 flour tortillas. 17

Pork Carnitas. Slow roasted pork, topped with guajillo chile sauce served with organic rice, whole black beans, serrano avocado sauce, 2 flour tortillas and pico de gallo salsa. 14

Grilled Chicken Mole. Grilled chicken breast in our ancho chile chocolate sauce with black beans, organic brown rice, citrus red onion, and 2 flour tortillas. 14

Pork and Plantain Flautas. 4 flautas spinach tortilla rolled with roasted pork, plantain and cheese, deep fried to perfection and served with black beans, brown rice, romaine lettuce, guajillo sauce, avocado, sour cream and pico de gallo salsa. 14

Grilled Chicken Enchilladas. 3 chicken breast enchiladas with grilled onions and cheese served with organic brown rice, whole black beans, sour cream, strawberries and our ancho chile chocolate sauce. 13

Avocado Lime Chicken. Panko crusted chicken breast served with black beans, organic brown rice, serrano avocado sauce, adobo aioli and pico de gallo salsa. 14

Potato and Cheese Enchiladas.  Rolled in corn tortilla with roasted potatoes, grilled onions and cheese with rice, black beans, fire roasted tomato sauce, feta cheese, corn tostada and grape tomato salsa. 13

Chicken and Shrimp Enchiladas. Cajun spiced chicken breast with grille onion, roasted potatoes and cheese. Rolled in corn tortilla, served with organic spinach, brown rice, yellow pepper sauce, grape tomato salsa, feta cheese and Cajun grilled prawns. 17
